“Shell Advantage Rewards (SHARE)”, along with other award-winning campaigns, made waves at this year’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards. The petroleum brand stood out in categories such as Best Loyalty Strategy-Consumer, Best Use of Gamification, Best Use of Mobile, and many more.
In addition to winning the L&E 2023 Brand of the Year, Shell International Petroleum was also recognized for Best Use of B2B & B2C Relationship Marketing, Best Loyalty Strategy, and Best Membership Programme, bringing home a total of 5 gold, 2 silver, and 8 bronze trophies.
PRM Marketing Services (PRMMS) dominated the event, being named Engagement Agency of the Year and Relationship Marketing Agency of the Year, securing a record-breaking 29 awards – including 8 Golds 9 Silvers, 9 Bronze and 3 coveted Black overall titles.
In partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Shell International Petroleum, and Syngenta Asia Pacific, PRMMS also won gold in categories such as Best Engagement Strategy – B2B, Best Use of Gamification, and Best CRM Strategy.
